Kidding is such a exciting time when you have goats! And it’s just so much fun to care for these bouncy little goats.
But after the excitement of kidding day has ended, then what?
What kind of care do goat kids need and when do they need them?
Luckily caring for kids isn’t much different than caring for adult goats, but there are a few things you should put on your calendar to get done. Things like disbudding, vaccination, castration, and weaning should happen at specific ages for the best results.
